Recently: lentil and green olive salad, ricotta and herb stuffed eggplant, moroccan chicken with preserved lemons and olives (a favorite), and a bunch of hearty cold salads. Tonight: bucatini all'Amatriciana with real pork cheeks! It's been so much fun!
