Oh Jolene, they were the only three decent looking ones! All the others spread out to be less biscuit and more flat cookie. I probably didn't chill the dough long enough (only 30 minutes). However the odd little things were so delicious and a perfect match to the whiskey! Will try the recipe again tomorrow.
