Oh, Pat, of course i loved this and i have to thank you a thousand times over for such a ringing tribute. I am glowing! I will write more when i rescue my computer from the ER where it’s being restored to life but for now it’s just: Thank you!
You rescued me from the doldrums and saved my mariage with my husband saying too many times "this again!" It's such a beautiful book, Nancy, in every way!
Wonderful post! Thanks! I admit I bought a Moroccan tagine years ago on sale—it was beautiful and I used it as decor and never cooked in it. Now maybe I’ll put it to use. Looks like a great recipe!
It really is and using a tagine is so easy for all kinds of dishes. I have it displayed prominently on a shelf because it is so beautiful--which also reminds me to cook in it more.
Love this, Pat, mouthwatering! Love cooking in a tagine, thanks for the introduction to Nancy, subscribed! (If I lived closer you’d be setting a table for 3….😉)
Here's my sincere proposal--let's do it! Invite a merry tableful and pick somewhere central to us all, perhaps in the fall to avoid the worse of summer travel horrors! Not only would it be just the best thing in the world to do, it'd be fun to collectively write and be of service to the nation to take minds off the election by the resulting kitchen mayhem and hilarity. I'm serious, ladies!
Dear Pat and Nancy, you both have my mouth watering for these delectable treats, and it is not even 10:30am!!!! Thank you for waking me to what is new to me and possible! 😄🌟

You betcha! And I'm glad you subscribed. She's a gem. I'm sure, though, we'd be setting the table for a whole lot more glorious people out there
I’d hope to be one of them!

Leftovers! Good for breakfast, too!
It is! It is!!!! and if I didn't have to make my husband a cheeseburger last night it would be a perfect week of great healthy eating!
