OMG! I have never seen a whole, entire pork belly! Can't wait to see how this cooks up (or bakes down or whatever). Also, I appreciate the way that big guy attacks that job. Clearly a pork belly expert here.

Sometimes I think he dreams in pork belly. It's supposed to be slowly grilled but we'll have to settle for the oven. Hopefully the fire company won't be called!
